For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing the jillik Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager through jillik's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, including any specific rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein or published separately on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jillik. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the jillik Platform and must not create or continue to use an Account.

Your continued use of the jillik Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. jillik strongly encourages all Players to review these Terms periodically.

To register for and use a jillik Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. jillik strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21 in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, foundations, or other legal persons are not permitted to register as Players.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless otherwise expressly permitted by jillik in writing.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any court order or legal prohibition that would prevent you from entering into such an agreement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of jillik or any of its affiliate companies, gaming providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not be excluded from the Platform through a self-exclusion request, administrative suspension, or any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jillik Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all associated balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as jillik may request. You agree to promptly update your Account information should any of the provided details change.

jillik reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC documentation may include:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or voter's ID)
• A clear selfie photograph of the Account holder
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits and/or withdrawals
• Additional supporting documentation as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. jillik accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to jillik support immediately.

All deposits into your jillik Account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jillik accepts deposits through the payment methods displayed in the Platform's cashier section, which may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 per transaction, unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. jillik does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

Deposited funds are held in your jillik wallet balance and are available for Real Money Play immediately upon confirmation. jillik does not pay interest on account balances.

jillik reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit where jillik has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, use of stolen payment credentials, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, jillik will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

Players may request withdrawal of available Real Money balances (net of any active wagering requirement obligations) at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 per transaction.

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of jillik's KYC verification process. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not have withdrawal requests processed until verification is completed and approved.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method and Player VIP tier. As a general guideline for KYC-verified accounts:

• GCash and Maya withdrawals: typically processed within 5–15 minutes for standard accounts; faster for higher VIP tiers
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): typically processed within 1–3 banking business days
• InstaPay and PesoNet: typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours

jillik reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is significant or where jillik's internal risk protocols require enhanced due diligence. Processing timelines are paused during any pending KYC or security review.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. jillik may, at its discretion, approve alternative withdrawal methods following satisfactory verification of the Player's identity and ownership of the requested payout method.

jillik may offer bonuses, free bet credits, cashback programs, VIP tier rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are governed by these general Terms and Conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jillik promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from Real Money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Real Money balance.
• jillik will clearly state the wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet size during wagering, and expiry period for each promotion. Players must read the specific promotion terms before accepting any bonus.
• A maximum bet limit of ₱500.00 per round, spin, or game round applies during active bonus wagering unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-promotion-period, one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, and one-per-payment-method basis unless stated otherwise.

All games available on the jillik Platform are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules, paytables, and mechanics of any game before placing wagers.

For games using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, jillik's RNG systems are independently certified and produce statistically random and unbiased outcomes. For Live Dealer games, outcomes are determined in real time by physical game events under camera surveillance.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, jillik reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account. jillik's decision in such matters is final. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win or payout, jillik is not liable to honour such winnings and may recover any incorrectly credited amounts from the Player's balance.

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform for money laundering purposes
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to automate or gain an unfair advantage in gameplay
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with jillik employees
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits
• Abuse, harassment, or threatening conduct directed at jillik staff, support agents, or other Players
• Any conduct that jillik, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players

Violation of any of the above prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance (where permitted by applicable law), and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the jillik Platform, including but not limited to the jillik brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, text, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of jillik or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jillik Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicence, sell, or create derivative works from any jillik content without express written permission from jillik.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jillik shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the jillik Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

jillik's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jillik Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jillik's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter in respect of which it is unlawful for jillik to exclude or limit liability.

jillik collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering for a jillik Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Please review the jillik Privacy Policy for full details on what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and how you may exercise your data rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

jillik reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jillik will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the jillik Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting jillik support.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and jillik, the parties agree to attempt resolution through jillik's internal complaints procedure in the first instance. Players may submit a complaint by contacting jillik's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. jillik will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may escalate the matter to arbitration or the appropriate Philippine judicial authority in accordance with applicable law.
