The jillik Platform is intended exclusively for adults who are 21 years of age or older. jillik does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If jillik becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that Account will be immediately and permanently closed, all associated data will be deleted to the extent permitted by law, and any funds deposited will be returned to the originating payment source following appropriate verification.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect how jillik processes your personal data or your rights in relation to that data — jillik will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via in-platform notification or SMS to the registered mobile number, no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.
